Who we are

MEDSOL is a healthcare consulting and business development company registered in Serbia, with offices at Belgrade, Serbia. For any question about this policy or about your personal data, contact us at office@med-sol.net or +381 65 218 1858.

For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection, MEDSOL is the data controller for the information described below.

What we collect

We only collect what you actively send us. Specifically:

• Contact form submissions — your name, email address, subject, and message.
• Server logs — our hosting provider records IP addresses, browser type, and requested pages, as standard for any web server.

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party trackers. The only cookie we set is a session cookie, which exists purely to protect the contact form against cross-site request forgery. It expires when you close your browser and contains no personal information.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

We use the details you submit through the contact form solely to read your enquiry and reply to it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our services, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for marketing, and we will not add you to any mailing list on the basis of a contact-form enquiry.

Who can see it

Enquiries are delivered to a MEDSOL mailbox and read by our team. Your data is processed by our hosting and email provider purely to store and deliver those messages. We do not share it with anyone else unless we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and no longer than three years after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, to delete it, or to restrict or object to how we use it. You may also ask to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email office@med-sol.net — we will respond within 30 days.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. In Serbia this is the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

Security

This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and contact-form submissions are transmitted to our mailbox over an authenticated, encrypted channel. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive health information through the contact form. If you need to share clinical or confidential material, contact us first and we will arrange a secure method.
